| With the development of the financial globalization and liberalism,in financial field,there brought about a trend which turns from divided operation to mixed operation since the end of the last century. In the world, many countries which choose divided operation system make financial reformation in order to go to the road of mixed operation, regarding the England, the United States and Japan as the representative. Facing the great pressures of opening, our financial system needs to integrate with the world,so the reformation in financial field is both inevitable and necessary.On the basis of introducing the concept and theory of mixed operation, this paper analyzes in very great detail the evolution of international financial operation pattern and its tendency, at the same time, introduces the present situation of financial industry of China. Direct to the pattern of financial holding company and universal banking, this paper compares the two patterns from background, structure and financial supervision system, then analyzes the cases and points out that the financial holding company is the beat selection for China. In the following, focusing on the practice, we put forward some suggestions for how to develop the financial holding company in China from the choice of subject, method of construction, way of construction and the establishment of internal control mechanisms.During the writing process, this paper mainly adopts the comparison analysis method to introduce the different between U.S.A and Germany. At the same time, combining real diagnosis analysis and the standard analysis, we quote several examples of financial holding company to point out which is our best choice.This paper's main innovation is that we explore the evolution and tendency in international financial pattern aspects of institution economics, and then come to the conclusion that we need to learn the experience from the U.S.A in order to promote the development of our financial holding company. |
