The Research On Water Conservancy Construction Project Post-evaluation Of Sustainability

Project management (PM) focused on project evaluation, an important part of PM , especially the post-evaluation has been being matured considerably in recent years. Water conservacy construction project guarantees the national economy sustained and stabilized growth, however, it started late in China. Concerning the research on project post evaluation, we principally focused on economy post-evaluation, influence post evaluation, integration post-evaluation, on the contrary, the post evaluation of sustainability was considered a lot. The application of post-evaluation of sustainability in micro economy was mainly deal with the enterprise and region while in state key-project, especially water conservancy construction project involved less post-evaluation of sustainability, as well the evaluation was chiefly refers to the qualitative analysis, whereas, devoid of definite index and lack of quantitative analysis.Consequently, with the situation of research on water conservancy construction project post evaluation as the beginning, this article essentially discussed the water conservancy construction project post evaluation. Take account of policy , environment, social benefits, sustainability of project life, financial capacity and management these six aspects as a whole, from internal factors to external factors, we built the water conservancy construction project post-evaluation of sustainability index system and chose the appropriate model in accordance with these six aspects in order to measure and judge the sustainability. At last, it was put into post-evaluation of sustainability of Huai river sea-entryway project.
