The post-evaluation of highway construction project goal sustainability is analytic evaluation made after the completion and a period of operation of the project , through analyzing and evaluating for condition of exterior (development of social and economy, management of system and code , condition of highway net , construction of corresponding establishment ) and interiority (system of function , interior management and circumstances of service , charge for highway and the condition of operation), to judge the project of highway operate smoothly or not , and the project have the ability to achieve the target of safety , expeditor , shortcut , higher benefit and lower cost persistently or not .The thesis, to get across summarizing the project post-evaluation of highway construction project , educe the target continuity evaluation . during the evaluation of highway construction project goal sustainability , it discuss the content and method of the evaluation , at the same time , the system of evaluation of indexes was discussed mainly . the paper puts forward principle of setting index system . according to this , the author debate from technological goal and social impact goal to this system , and with different methods to corresponding problems, such as reliability method for target of construction quality , the way of quantity and quality for the whole thesis , fuzzy math method for social impact evaluation . finally , the author presents its corresponding evaluating indexes according to the academic and practical study , which could give some advice and help to late evaluation of construction project goal sustainability .
