| Metropolis is epoch-making regional form in the process of social economy development and inevitable result of urbanization course. As growth pole of nation and region, megalopolis plays a very important role in the construction of national innovation system. Innovation system is consisted of corporation, high school and research organization that participate in technology development and diffusion, under market agency's aboard interposition and government's proper participation, it becomes a interactional innovation network system which creates, store and transfer knowledge, technologies and new products. With the development of social economy, a perfect regional innovation system which adapts social economy will supply technical support to innovation capability of megalopolis and the realization of continuable development of social economy, it is also urgent to regional development. In China, the research on innovation system of megalopolis is beginning just now; the paper is based on the theories of regional innovation system andevaluation, which involves three main contents:(1) The innovation system model of megalopolis is brought forward. Basing on theories of megalopolis development and regional innovation system, this paper analyzes environment layer, core layer and character layer of innovation system from structure and trait, at the same time, points out systematical relationship between them(2) Evaluation index system of innovation system of megalopolis is designed. According to main content and point of innovation system model in each aspect, choose indexes that can roundly reflect each layer, and construct evaluation index system of innovation system of megalopolis.(3) Development of the innovation system of megalopolis in China is analyzed and evaluated. According to relative data, the innovation system of five main megalopolises in China are compared and evaluated, main problems are analyzed and suggestion is given for future construction and development. |
