Feasibility Analysis And Strategy Selection Of ABC Real Estate Project

Dispite the real estate market in 2006 is keeping growing and many real estate developers have enjoyed the profit, there is still a fact that the competition is becoming more and more fierce and all the developers are experiencing a significant amount of pressure and stress. From 2005 the state have upgraded and enhanced the macro control in real estate industry which have put more impact to some new comers with less experiences, the whole industry have changed from extra-optimism to scientific analysis to market prospect and focus on detailed projects. All this proves that only the stronger can survive in the market.This dissertation consists of six chapters. The first chapter indicate the research background, the main topic and structure of the dissertation. The second chapter try to analyze the background of ABC project based on the information of local real estate market and Fuzhou market environment. The third chapter give a detail research to the Fuzhou real estate market command. In the fourth chapter try to use Poter's competition analysis theory and SWOT analysis to make a market positioning for the project and evaluate the profitability. In the fifth chapter come up with the detailed and financial evaluation. In the last chapter give advices to the strategic choice of the developers.This dissertation aim to use a standard analysis of a real estate project analysis to consider and give a reference to the strategic choices under the background of less policy support from the state.
