Among the top 500 international enterprises, there are over 400 have been investing in China. Meanwhile, lots of them have set up their international purchasing offices in China, sourcing for global wised market. The sourcing volume is large and increased fast annually. Besides becoming the manufacturing center in the world, China is also becoming the global sourcing center.The international enterprises care most are: how to make ascertain of the global sourcing process by systematic operations and how to minimize the risk of global sourcing. On the other hand, for Chinese suppliers: how to join the international purchasing system successfully and how to meet the requirements of the international enterprises.The thesis has an introduction of the global sourcing of international enterprises and its development. Following is the sourcing process analysis, which is based on the writer' s experience of global sourcing projects. Every section of the process has its own risk. According to the research of the risks, most of them are regular risks which were caused by different countries and the distance between them. For China, the open politics, relative steady exchange rate, well-matched environment and growing trade sense will reduce the risks in the process to some degree. Under the special economy and country situation of China, the risks of sourcing in China mainly centralize in the management of relationship of international enterprise and suppliers. The thesis bases on the stakeholder theory, and makes the orientation for international enterprise and its suppliers. Through the share of information and manufacture together, they reduce the risk. At the end of the thesis, it is the estimate from the view of suppliers of the risk for global sourcing of international enterprise.
