Empirical Analysis Of The Factors Of Services Insourcing In China

With the multinational corporation production system daily consummate,out souring is working as the commercial concept and the enterprise strategy.In the rapid development days,the struggling environment is much more unexpected and complex, which the enterprise have had to face.In this case,the traditional longitudinal integrated enterprise has not been able to adapt to the new environment day by day again.Many enterprises concentrate intelligence and resources in it's core competitive advantage activity,however,out source the non-core domain to the other specialized enterprises.So out souring is becoming the enterprise' one of most effective strategic methods to increase the competitive ability.The out sourcing of manufacture now has achieved great success,however,the out sourcing of service is in its rapid progress.This article reviews the related literature and theory on the influencing factors of outsourcing of services,promulgate it's background and analyze the present situation and characteristic of out souring in the whole world and China.Meanwhile it discusses China's superiority and inferiority in this field.By using factor analysis,I select the most influential factors of outsourcing,that is outsourcing enterpris' competitiveness,culture and institutional environment,policies and financial support. By using Eviews5.0,and give real meaning to the four factors,I analysis the factor's impact of development of outsourcing and realize that the above-mentioned four factors are the key factor in outsourcing services.Therefore when china accept outsourcing service,we should try to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, build a harmonious system environment,strengthen government's guidance and support,then we can enhance our country's overall economic competitiveness.
