These years, almost every big city in China have consumed a large amount of available resources, so in order to save resources, the CPC Central Committee began to call on the various provinces and cities to do a good job about recycling. After that, the City Environmental Protection Department of each province promulgated the "recycling ordinance". In this context, the enterprises are trying their best to achieve this goal, and especially the approach of the Lenovo Group is that when some accessories are damaged, the customers need to contact with the group then they will arrange immediately the delivery staff to send the need parts to customers needs parts to customers. At the same time, the delivery staff get the damaged parts and try to reuse them again after necessary mending。In order to reuse the recycle products more effectively, each company regards the closed loop supply chain as a key poit to fully drive the internal recycling economy slowly. Closed loop supply chain is also called closed loop logistics,including two basic parts:one is the forward logistics, the other is reverse logistics. In this system, vehicle routing optimization strategy is a very key problem. Because in the process of vehicle transportation, whether the route is in optimization state or not is related to the overall quality of service and the total cost of the distribution.The research of this thesis starts from the related research at home and abroad,and analyzes a large number of related information and literature. In the analysis, this paper expounds a series of theory of closed-loop supply chain, which laid a solid foundation for the subsequent study.In the system of the closed-loop supply chain, the recycling system is a very important link point. Therefore, this thesis makes a series of description and analysis about the recycle system which includes four parts.The first part is the theoretical knowledge; the second part is the model of the structure; the third part is the key of the technology and the forth part is the specific elements.After the model is completed,in order to to complete this network model this paper firstly describes several ways of the classification of logistics network. Then this article elaborates the specific composition of logistics network. On the basis of that, this paper chooses the way of TOC to complete the network.Then, this paper will solve the problem of recovery path by using ant colony algorithm. This paper holds this view that the ant colony algorithm can not only compress the recovery time but also improve the operation efficiency of the recovery to some extent. In order to prove this point of view, this thesis will also use the MATLAB simulation. And the simulation data proves that the network model in this paper effectively solves the routing problem exsisting in the vehicle recovery through using the ant colony algorithm, which is the main part of this paper.Finally,the recovery factor of product will be incorporated into the model of single supplier and multiple retailers, and this thesis makes assumptions about the product recovery and the treatment costs,thereby the paper also makes practical guidance of integrated production inventory and order planning from the perspective of ordering strategy of multiple vendors. All the above is the integrated analysis of closed loop supply chain.
