Supply Chain Management is the basic operation model for modern enterprise. With the rapid development and vast use of high technologies such as internet and information technology ,SCM is well understood and fast developed ,it has been vastly used in many manufacturing and commercial fields and approved as an inevitable and primary choice for management modernization .The theory of SCM changes our ideas and people are getting to know that competition advantage is based on enterprises operated by theory of SCM rather than on the individual enterprise. During transit time for our export enterprise from model of"Buy-sell"to the role of agent, the research of SCM is really important.Based on the environment of enterprises of our time and author's experience in the export agent, this thesis mainly discusses the basic theory of SCM and the basic operation strategy for export enterprise and how the enterprise sharps its competitive edge and focuses on its core competitive power to achieve his target in this turbulent environment through the application of theory of SCM. At the last part, the thesis is focused on the case of a global ,one-stop supply chain solution provider X-MARK, based on HK how to achieve his success and make improvement .Following are basic points for the thesis .1. Basic theory of SCM and environment analysis for our commercial enterprise to use SCM to improve competitive power.2. The operation model for our export agent and strategy for development.3. Analysis of competitive strategy for the buying agent of retailer.4. Based on the operation of X-Mark head office and branch Shanghai office, discusses how to achieve organization target through enterprise inner management as well as supplier relation ship management.
