In the December of 2004, China cancelled the limitation on the area, shares interests, quantity of the investment for the foreign commercial company, foreign retailers invested in China heavily. Currently, although they have not yet captured the retail market completely, high speed of shop setting, large scale of purchase and high level of benefits has already made the Chinese retailers feel heavy crisis. Because Chinese retailers have already come into the scale, especially the chain supermarket has higher market concentration, so retailers hold greater power, and are on the leading station in the supply chain. However, the relationship between retailers and suppliers is nerves because of retailers'arbitrary, which was having damaged the interests of both sides. This paper pointed out that retailer should develop partnership with important suppliers, and enhance fellowship management to strengthen the whole competitiveness of the supply chain, and reduce the gap between Chinese and foreign retailers.First, this paper pointed out the selected title's background, research meaning, domestic and international research situation, research content and my innovation point. Then, it proposed the theories and the case about researching the fellowship between the retailer and supplier. Subsequently, it analyzed the development situation and existing problems on retailer'supplier relationship management in our country, and built the retailer's suppliers partnership management model.Secondly, three levels'classified standards were proposed to classify suppliers for retailer: product level, special competence level, integrated strength level, in order to pick out potential suppliers to be partnership; then, this paper integrated the evaluation methods of DEA, AHP, TCO to quantity analyze potential suppliers to select suitable partnership.Thirdly, according the characteristics of relationship between retailer and supplier, retailer's partnership keeping mechanism was proposed: trust mechanism, profit allot mechanism, inspiriting and supervising mechanism.Fourthly, this paper proposed relationship value'appraisal principles between retailer and supplier, built performance measure system, and verified the efficiency of the comprehensive Fuzzy method in relationship value'appraisal by giving actual example.
