Research On The Methods In Cash Flow Control For Petroleum Group

In order to be standardized and international corporations, Petro groups have gradually built institutions in the centralized management of capital and methods in the cash flow control. But there are fewer effective and scientific methods which support the cash flow control and the process of control is in a small scale.Based on analyzing on a real example of cash flow control in a Petro group, the author put forwards effective methods to slove the problems, and the methods mainly contain two aspects. First, this article expands the process of control into three parts, which are Previous introduction, Operation control and Afterwards appraisal. Second, this article has built effective and scientific models, on which the operators can make scientific decisions except only on experience.This article has put forward a comprehensive framework and methods to support the cash flow control, the achievements of it can not only be used to instruct the cash flow control in Petro groups, but also have much value to other industries.As to the structure of this article, first, it introduces the background and explains the purpose of studying briefly, and it also introduces the structure of this article. Chapter two, three and four are the key parts of this article. Chapter two introduces the importance of interal capital transfer pricing, and it gives the ways to build the institution in interal capital transfer. Chapter three establishes effective scientific models to support the cash flow control both in local companies and headquarters. Chapter four is about the methods to analyze the data in operation and the building of performance appraisal system. On a real example in the cash flow control of a Petro group, chapter five proves the effectiveness and practical value of the methods which are put forward in the above three chapters. Finally, Chapter six summarizes the research conclusion of this article, namely the practice and academy meaning and contribution in theory, and proposes the looking into the distance.
