Study On Cash Flow Management Of Sustained Oil Enterprises

Cash flow to company is like the blood to human, so companies pay more attention on it. After the recomposition in 1999, the oil groups were divided into two parts. Listed companies were set up with benign assets of oilfield while the others remained as sustained oil enterprises. Sustained oil enterprises mainly comprise assets and operations whose ability of payoff is not good, at the same time sustained oil enterprises take on the social service organizations and related expense of the listed companies and sustained oil enterprises. So all these directly lead to the lack of cash flow of sustained oil enterprises.Faced with austere situation, sustained oil enterprises need to advance the level of cash flow management to enhance the economic benefit at the base of increasing the adjustment of organization, building up effective internal mechanism and reforming the whole resources.Based on introducing the actuality of cash flow management of sustained oil enterprises and analyzing the problem of cash flow management, this paper makes use of the advanced experience and studies how to enhance the cash flow management of sustained oil enterprises in three aspects: cash budget management, cash flow internal control management and cash flow appraisal management.
