Research On Synergy Effect In M&A

Nowadays, enterprises in the developed countries more and more depend on the means of M&A to expand their business, to realize the collection of the capital and production, to aim at their increase. With the development of market economy and the globalization of economy, M&A in our country will be more and more active. Beyond all doubt, synergy effect becomes the key to the success of enterprise's M&A. How to get to know synergy effect? How to identify synergy effect? How to seek for synergy effect? How to realize synergy effect? The solution of all these problems is of great theoretical and practical significance to enterprise's M&A in our country This thesis makes a systematic and comprehensive research on synergy effect in M&A by means of both qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis on the basis of knowledge of Enterprise Management, Economics, Finances, etc; provides a set of ways to identify, calculate and manage synergy effect of M&A, on the base of systematic analysis on mechanism of synergy effect; provides theoretical guidance for enterprises to realize synergy effect by M&A.First, This thesis insists that synergy effect is refer to share and complement the resources of the two sides by enterprises' M&A, to reach an effect that the whole value after M&A is greater than the total value of the individual enterprises. The resources of synergy effect include three aspects as management synergy effect, operating synergy effect, finance synergy effect and intangible assets synergy effect , any of which is produced under a certain prerequisite. Different synergy effects are produced under different conditions.The first chapter is about summary of synergy effect in M&A.The second chapter is about theory of M&A ,we know the main reason for success of M&A is synergy effect.The third chapter provide the principle of synergy effect and function to M&A.The four chapter summarize the ways of getting synergy effect----integration.The last chapter is about the method of choice for the best objection enterprise.
