Market of foreign-exchange-related financial products is an emerging financial sector in Chinese financial market. Since 2003, Banks have been fiercely entering the competitive market for limited resource. The aim of this thesis is to investigate international and domestic market of foreign-exchange-related financial products, and to propose feasible strategies in the market for the Agriculture Bank of China.This thesis includes six sections. Section One introduces the significance, background, and methodology of the study. Section Two is to outline coverage and definitions of the research, and examine the types of foreign-exchange-related financial products and their respective characteristics, and to investigate the market of foreign-exchange-related financial products, and analyse macro and industrial environment and competitors of the market, and then analyse development status of the foreign-exchange-related financial product operation at the Agriculture Bank of China. Section Three is to outline development strategy on product-operation of foreign-exchange-related financial products at the Agriculture Bank of China, and analyse its feasible choice of development strategy. Section Four is about marketing strategy of foreign-exchange-related financial products at the Agriculture Bank of China. Section Five is about operation management of foreign-exchange-related financial products at the Agriculture Bank of China, and analyse its management systems for realising the strategy targets. Section Six is conclusions, which underline the results of implementations of strategy- monitoring and significance of strategy management.This thesis focuses on how to examine and decide feasible strategy on foreign-exchange-related financial product market at the Agriculture Bank of China, and then realise strategy target. This thesis also attempts to outline the development trend of state commercial bank's foreign-exchange-related financial product market.
