The Research And Design Of Decision Support System For Bid Evaluation On Enterprise Outsourcing Projects

In the process of enterprise projects outsourcing, there always exist the trouble of that the enterprise can not get the most efficiency contractor, just because of the unsymmetrical information, that will cause the economic damnous. Consider these problems, this paper analysis the theory of DSS on tender and research the basic methods on bidder, we give the shortcomings and its merit. In this paper, we use the fuzzy analytic methods and linear regression method research price whether reasonable or not, avoid the bidder use the low-cost-price to get the project, that will hurt the benefit of the enterprise. After the price-analysis, we can lease the risk of the outsourcing projects. Through the ways of uncertain multiple attribute decision making methods and multiplayer gray synthesized appraise methods, we can find out the best bidder in all the tender, while not only take the price into main account, in the research of this problem, we select the key data of the bidder enterprise, form the model and the character database of the bidder enterprise, then we use the DSS methods which are have been researched in this paper, to screen out the best one bidder enterprise, that will be the fitful outsourcing proposal. This paper solve the problems of how to select a better bidder enterprise in the process of enterprise projects outsourcing, the DSS for enterprise projects outsourcing make it more scientific and convenience.
