Research On The Innovation Character Of Industrial Cluster

The term"Industrial Cluster"is used to define the phenomenon in which a large number of medium-sized enterprises, together with relevant support organizations, gather at space in a certain specific field (usually limited in a specific leading industry ), so that powerful and continuous competition advantage is created.Experiences from developed countries demonstrate that government and its policies play an important role in the Cluster's developments. The thesis deals with Jintan clothing Cluster's development countermeasures from the policy perspective.Chapter one mainly reviews documents and especially analyses the innovation character of Cluster,innovation theory and relevant theories of cluster innovation and etc. Chapter two analyzes the policy of technological innovation based on the cluster mainly and makes suggestions to China Cluster innovation policies after reviewing developed countries'Cluster innovation policies; Chapter three makes policy suggestions to Jintan clothing Cluster.
