With the flourishing development of urban logistics system construction of all parts of our country, the importance of overall arrangement planning of urban logistics system is shown especially day by day, need guidance of the overall arrangement theory of urban logistics urgently. This thesis is under this kind of background,carry on research to the key problem in the overall arrangement of urban logistics system。On the basis of studying basic problem of urban logistics system , use the location theory and growth pole theory to make a reservation and carry on research to urban logistics development in terms of area, have put forward the concepts of the logistics area and logistics pivot city, has studied the definite method of the pivot city of the logistics. Level mode , selecting site principle and method that it is analyzed that it is with nodal logistics to prove, have put forward and used the game theory to choose the nodal overall arrangement scheme method of the logistics, and still put forward the method on sureness of the nodal scale of the logistics; reposed the evaluation index of the overall arrangement of urban logistics system and appraisal system from three angles of technology , economy , environment finally, confirm and appraise the method .
