Research On Location Selection Of Logistics Center Based On Fuzzy Set Theory

With the rise of the Internet economy,the logistics industry has also developed rapidly,and has been divided into nine major industrial adjustment and revitalization plans in the "13th Five-Year Plan",which fully reflects China’s economic development goal as the largest developing country in the world,and is more conducive to enhancing the stability and durability of the logistics industry.Under the background of increasing policy support and increasing logistics awareness of enterprises,many integrated transport hub centers begin to transform to regional logistics hub centers,planning and building regional logistics hub.However,there is no perfect evaluation model of logistics hub center and construction plan is not comprehensive enough.Static and intermittent analysis of regional logistics hub construction and other problems generally exist in the existing logistics hub center.Therefore,it is urgent to construct logistics hub scientifically and reasonably by selecting reasonable indicators according to the influencing factors of logistics location,which is of great significance for improving logistics performance.By rationally and scientifically arranging logistics hub centers,we can improve the efficiency of logistics distribution,effectively reduce unnecessary capital losses and related risks,and enhance the efficiency and utilization of warehouse inventory scale.The choice of location of logistics hub centers is related to the development of the whole company’s logistics,and is also the core of each branch system in the company’s logistics system.Firstly,this paper combs the literature on location evaluation of logistics hub at home and abroad,and analyses the basic theory of hub location,which lays a theoretical foundation for the study of this paper.Secondly,combining with QY logistics hub,the factors influencing location selection are selected and analyzed,and four aspects of natural environment,business environment,infrastructure and social factors are obtained,and QY objects are determined.The evaluation index system of logistics hub location;Thirdly,based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the location of QY logistics hub is analyzed.Firstly,the relevant theory of fuzzy set is analyzed,and the weight of evaluation index is determined by analytic hierarchy process,then the location of logistics hub is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation;Fourthly,combined with the project of QY logistics hub,the location of logistics hub is analyzed.Fifth,it puts forward relevant safeguard measures for the application of logistics center location evaluation system from four aspects: striving for appropriate policy preferences,strengthening the construction of logistics infrastructure,building logistics information system,and improving the cultivation of logistics-related talents.In this paper,by selecting the influencing factors of the location of QY logistics center,and further building the evaluation index system of the location of QY logistics center,through the establishment of the evaluation index model of the location of logistics center,the two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the location of QY logistics center,and the application of relevant data to the logistics evaluation index system,and finally put forward the corresponding implementation guarantee measures.
