While with the rapid development of highway, research into the location of regional logistics node has a very important practical significance in perfecting the regional logistics system and accelerating the development of modern logistics.This paper establishes a model of the location of regional logistics nodes in the highway environment based on the impaction of the opening of highway construction on the location of regional logistics nodes. The main contents are as follows:(1) Describe the current research of the location of logistics nodes which connect with highway, the related theories of logistics nodes and the related theories and methods of the location of regional logistics nodes in detail;(2) Discuss the transport properties of development of China's highway, make a quantitative analysis of the affection of highway on regional logistics from the logistics service, regional logistics infrastructure, regional logistics capacity and logistics transport corridor, and explain the impact of highway on the location of regional logistics node.(3) Come up with the forecast and calculation method of logistics capacity after the completion of highway and make the re-balanced evaluation of regional logistics network, which is a prelude work of location of regional logistics nodes.(4) Make a comprehensive evaluation of the store by using the grey evaluation model for highway area of each of the logistics models, select the high evaluation value of logistics node as alternative points, then establish the regional logistics models according to the principle of minimum total cost ,highway fee and introduction of highway road impedance function and last by using the model of CFLP (capacitated opening their) algorithm choose the best under the influence of freeway logistics models.The thesis combines the important impact of highway development on regional logistics development, studies the planning of logistics node location in the highway environment by the existing theories and methods to integrate effectively.
