Today the market competition becomes more and more extensive and the shareholder value becomes increasingly important. Value management, one of new management modes in base of value creation, is being applied more extensively in the world. But in our country, the corporations are not familiar with the value management. Some of the corporations obviously pay more attention to short behavior, which would destroy their value. Therefore, it is very important and realistic to study the driven factors and the promotion path of corporate value.Firstly, the author analyzes the four driven factors of corporate value by the value function. The four driven factors include the investment premium, the potential of added value, the continuance of competitive advantage and the capital cost.Secondly, the author deeply analyzes corporate strategy, corporate financing and corporate governance, which affect the four driven factors. Corporate strategy has continuous influence upon corporate value, and can promote the corporate value over a long period of time. Corporate financing is an important factor to the creation of corporate value. Corporate governance is the guarantee factor to the creation of corporate value.Finally, the author establishes the optimization approach of corporate value from the corporate strategy, core competition, capital construction, capital operation, performance assessment and stimulation, corporate culture etc. The author hopes that the system could provide some worthy suggestions in the value management to the companies in our country .
