A Study On The Establishment Of Fresh Agricultural Products Supply Chain Business Service Platform

With the attention to "issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers", how to reduce inventory of fresh agricultural products with effective agricultural products supply chain management has got more and more attention.So how does inventory of fresh agricultural products got reduced with effective agricultural products supply chain management? The article analyzes this issue from the angel of Business Process Reengineering. By analyzing the problems which influence inventory of agricultural products, the article points out that one of the main reasons is that the resource of agricultural products supply chain does not got integrated and business process does not got reasonable design. So the article establishes a new supply chain mode of fresh agricultural products and analyzes how the new supply chain mode reduces agricultural products producer's inventory, even the whole inventory of supply chain.The article altogether is divided into six chapters. Chapter 1 is the introduction, conceives the article, analyzes the status quo of fresh agricultural products supply chain management and some problems and discusses the subject of the paper. Chapter 2 introduces supply chain management and inventory management of fresh agricultural products, discusses the characteristics of fresh agricultural products inventory and supply chain. Based on those characteristics, the article points out the content of agricultural products inventory management.Chapter 3 analyzes the necessary that BPR improves inventory management efficiency of fresh agricultural products in supply chain environment. By analyzing the problems that influence inventory management of fresh agricultural products and the causes, the article points out that those problems should be solved by BPR. Chapter 4 establishes the new supply chain mode of fresh agricultural products. By establishment of information system of fresh agricultural products producer and business service platform, the supply chain of fresh agricultural products producer + business service platform + customer is established.Finally, the article takes Shanghai Lvhe Garden Co., Ltd as case, carries on thecase analysis.
