Fresh Agricultural Products Supply Chain Optimization Study In Hong Yuannan Pear Planting Cooperatives As An Example

With the development of the economy,people pay more and more attention to the safety of fresh agricultural products.Fresh and nutritious fresh agricultural products are becoming more and more popular with consumers.However,the consumption of Chinese agricultural products in the logistics process is serious,which has greatly affected the freshness of fresh agricultural products.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the in-depth study of the reliability of the supply chain of fresh agricultural products,make a quantitative evaluation,find out the weak part that will affect the reliability of the supply chain,and then put forward effective measures.In this paper,we will optimize the supply chain of fresh agricultural products as a target,first of all,analyze the operation mode of fresh agricultural products supply chain,including the operation mode of the cooperative multi-level wholesale market,the operation mode of e-commerce and the mode of agricultural super docking.The key role of farmers' professional cooperatives in fresh agricultural products supply chain is pointed out.According to the actual situation of China,the three main models of fresh agricultural products supply chain are analyzed.A cooperative peasant cooperatives can be established to coordinate with the upstream and downstream to coordinate the operation of fresh agricultural products supply chain to make the supply chain of fresh agricultural products more smooth and accelerate the circulation of agricultural products.Secondly,the objective and characteristics of the supply chain of fresh agricultural products are studied in this paper.On this basis,the factors affecting the reliability of fresh agricultural products supply chain are analyzed,and the reliability evaluation index system of fresh agricultural products supply chain is constructed.Based on the basic principle of GO method,the network structure map of fresh agricultural products supply chain is transformed into GO map,then GO operation is carried out to calculate the reliability value of the fresh agricultural product supply chain,and the reliability evaluation grade is divided,and the reliability of fresh agricultural products supply chain is evaluated according to the results.Finally,the measures to improve the reliability of fresh agricultural products supply chain are put forward by the evaluation conclusion,that is,to optimize the supply chain of fresh agricultural products with the core of farmers' professional cooperatives as the core.
