The coal industry is not only the root of our energy but also our important basic industry. The development of the coal industry is the main reason of the state economic especially we joined the WTO. How to reform the coal industry to apply to the constriction is the problem which we should appropriately tackle with at present.The article regarding the reform of PINGMEI Company is study deeply. It point out that to construct the regularly corporation management and the cross shareholding between enterprise are two essential measures. It can keep the pace with our development . However, a multitude of coal enterprises are faced with quality of problems such as ownership unreasonable and heavy social burdens of scarce resources and assets. To extricate itself from this predicament, the most actively explore various forms of state-owned enterprises reform through the shareholding system. In accordance with the basic principles of a modern enterprise system remodeling enterprise system is the core of the reform of China's enterprises. Practice has proved that the original state-owned, collective enterprises restructured into a joint-stock enterprise. In the process of enterprise restructuring, the majority of companies will be faced with the problem of restructuring and optimizing resources. Corporate restructuring is enterprises optimize resources and increase operational efficiency in the process.
