In 2001,China and ASEAN agreed to build China-ASEAN free-trade area (CAFTA) by 2010. Most CAFTA members are developing country, and all countries of ASEAN are small. It can't forecast whether this kind of FTA(free trade area) that constructed by developing or small countries can bring well economic effects based on other examples.CAFTA is another built-up fulfillment that belongs to the economic integral whole of the developing country, its establishment has no ready made theories and reality basis, only it relays on itself can exploring a development road which suits its development. Up to now, CAFTA is going well, but still has some problems. The analyzing of economics effect to CAFTA can help us to recognize the running effects of its.The analyzing basis of this paper is economic integral whole theories. With theories analysis and substantial evidence analysis to combine together,to analyze the economic effects of the CAFTA, the aim is hoping to provide a little beneficial contribution for the successful establishment of the FTA of China-ASEAN.This paper is divided to five chapter. The first part mainly describes the research background,the research object,the research status quo of inside and outside country and the research train of thought. The second part is the theory frame of the analyzing to the economic integral whole , From the theory angle to elaborate the economic effects. The third part , the paper analyzes the trade effects, and using the gravity model to examine it. The four part of the paper, From the dynamic state angle ,analyzing the economic which includes the investment effect,scale effect. The last part is the conclusion of the paper, put forward some advice to the construction of CAFTA.
