The Study Of The Effect Of Venture Leasing On Venture Enterprise

Today is knowledge-economic time, the technology-backed economy play a key role within global area. China also emphasizes technology and education, and settle them as the first important thing to do. Our government takes care of the technology-backed companies, but such companies are almost small or medium sized and shortage of fund. They are not strong to collect money from financial market. Now a new financial tool—Venture Leasing is born to resolve this difficult issue. It gives venture enterprises more chance to develop on the same level with other companies. This paper has three sections: section I introduces the function of venture leasing and the reference literatures both from internal and external side; section II deeply analyze this new financial tool, describe the originality—derivative relationship between venture investment, financial leasing and venture leasing,also point out the superiority of venture leasing among other financial tools and how to choose the best chance to invest to the venture companies; the section III raise the positive function of venture leasing in Chinese economics and provide the strategy to avoid the risk according to Chinese special situation. But this new financial tool is not familiar to the most people, especially the owner of venture enterprise. The aim of this paper is introducing this good financial tool to more related people for their reference. .
