Research On The Influence Of Venture Capital On Start-up Enterprises

In this paper,venture capital enterprises with venture capital before the IPO as the subject of research,through the form of questionnaires issued,access to 131 first-hand data information to study the venture capital into the entrepreneurial impact.The research path is divided into the direct impact of venture capital on the start-up business and the indirect effect of the entrepreneur's role in the start-up business.The study found that,regardless of the direct path or indirect path of the impact of venture supervision,supporting behavior on the growth of enterprises have a significant positive effect,and VC speculation on the growth of enterprises has no significant impact.Based on path analysis,the results show that the support behavior of venture capitalists will significantly affect the competitive performance of enterprises,and the supervision of venture capitalists will significantly affect the potential performance of venture enterprises.
