Study Of Sampling Survey On Small Business Enterprises

The Sampling program that the limit wholesale and retail trade industry and the restaurant industry enterprises which made by the National Bureau of Statistics in 2003 (see appendix 1), a sample survey of economic units of the regular system aimed at the the limit wholesale and retail trade industry and the restaurant industry enterprises(small business enterprises as described in simple in this paper), provides the sampling method detailed steps and the estimates, also the formula that how to estimate the variance of estimates. However, for the sample size of the sampling stage, but given the proposal in principle, no discussion of the calculation method. This paper discussed how to calculate the design effects of ths programe after one year that implement this program. Then according to this ,calculate the sample size of every stage which meet the accuracy requirements of users'rased. Moreover, this paper has been calculated the estimated value of the turnover of key commodities and the total turnover.
