| With the increasing competition of passenger transport market, railway transportation enterprises should take some measures such as rational allocation of transport resources, scientific design of transportation products according to market requirements, thereby increasing transport market share and enhancing the economic benefits of railway transportation enterprises has become an urgent problem to resolve. Timely, accurately, dynamically accessing to market information and passenger demand are the prerequisite of solving the problem. While the existing theories and methods have deficiencies in guiding the railway passenger transport market survey.This paper studies the passenger market survey theory and methods systematically, especially the passenger market subdivision, survey questionnaire design, process of the investigation and statistical analysis are discussed in detail. "The computer system of railway passenger transport market investigation and analysis" is developed based on this. This paper introduces the function design, data flow and the application of the system.The paper introduces the statistics analysis in detail from simple form and graphical methods to profound data mining by use of " 2006 customer satisfaction survey data ". The independent inspection of attribute variables is studied. Logistic regression analysis, the relative description, factor analysis, cluster analysis are conducted with the SPSS statistical analysis tool for a comprehensive understanding of the passenger satisfaction. The paper analyzes the passenger flow of Shenyang bureau deeply. The data is collected from a survey of Shenyang bureau by use of the computer system in 2008. It is verified that the provided theory and method for the survey and analysis of railway passenger transport market is feasibile and the developed system is practical. This reseach provides a theoretical and technical support for the continual, systematic, standardized and institutionalized railway passenger survey. |
