The post-evaluation of commercial real estate is to make investigations in previous work, project construction, and the management situation after the construction. Thus the judgement can be made to find out the disparity between the actual conditions of the project and the planned goal .We can ascertain whether the project is accurate or not, find out the reason for the deviation, summarize the experience, then we can make feasible countermeasure and measure to the current situation of the project by effective information feedback in time, All the above efforts can help perfect the project plan, ameliorate project implementation and management, potentiate supervision of the project, and improve the benefit of investment finally.This paper study from theory, methods to application ,.combine with commercial real estate characteristic, discuss the concept, content and index system of commercial real estate post-evaluation systematically, and take case analysis finally.The study use modern management theory, cost-effectiveness theory, feedback and control theory, and sustainable development theory, combine quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis, set up the index system according to the characteristic of commercial real estate. Because of the illegibility and different importance in the same level factors of the comprehensive evaluation, applying fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method on can help the results more impersonal and veracious.
