Research On Comprehensive Evalution For Food Safety

Food safety is relation to humanity health and quality of life directly. Food safety is always the worldwide attention issue. In order to realize the food safety monitor and the early warning, food security evaluation question is a foundation question. We construct the comprehensive evaluation index system of food safety including three levels of event index, food kind index, whole state index.The aim of evaluation for food safety is to evaluate the food safety with the hazard data, and support the decision-making for administrators. In this paper, a new evaluation method for food safety based on fuzzy set theory is presented, where the variety of food, variety of hazard and difference of toxicity for hazard is considered .And the measurement data for every hazard is used to evaluate the risk index of the corresponding food. Finally, safety of imported food to a coastal city is evaluated with hazard data.Main research result of this paper is as follows:1. Built up the multi-layer evaluation system and evaluation matrix of comprehensive evaluation, turn the large number of pollution data of different contamination to the no-unit data, thus making the examination data of different pollutant also can carry on comparison and value the food by using the unifying quantity criterion.2. There should be data integration and preprocess procedure before we apply comprehensive evaluation on data of analyzable merit. The recent technique of data-preprocess is based on the circumstance of normalized data formulation. This paper described the different technique of data-preprocess, such as attribute reduce for, value replacement, value cut, value calculation, based on the circumstance of non-normalized data formulation.3. Design arithmetic to carry on the Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to the food examination database. A new evaluation method for food safety, based on fuzzy set theory, is presented, where the variety of food, variety of hazard and difference of toxicity for hazard is considered, and the measurement data for every hazard is used to evaluate the risk index of the corresponding food. Finally ,we forecast food safety state based on the evaluation results.4. Research results application in imported food management system, and its realization of software and hardware.
