So put an end to this kind of shift of food safety accidents, improve the food safety management level in our country, especially strictly prevent the serious food safety incidents became the priority of the nation's food industries.Although China's growing number of food variety, type of food is becoming rich, however, China's food industry quality and safety has encountered a bottleneck, how to defend the food quality and safety, to maintain national dignity become a realistic problem in front of the ruling government.In view of this, this chapter comprehensive proposed combination of signal game and evolutionary game analysis tool from the theoretical level in this paper, and state the cause of food safety problems, demonstrates the necessity of the countries to strengthen food safety supervision and inevitabilit, and at at the same time it cited the case of pork products to further elaborate China's current food supply chain of pork present situation and problems; Finally, from the three major food market participants proposed to build a multi-link information policy for food safety traceability system.Food security relationship to the immediate interests of the general public, in the practical work assignments should be clear division of responsibility, strict implementation of food safety guarantee mechanism, highlight the important point regulation, strictly implement the food raw material planting and processing, logistics distribution, the whole chain of food consumption. In the food safety management, government, food companies and consumers need to do their job, work together to let the public can really buy felt relieved, eat at ease.
