| Facing the reforms in the electricity market and new electricity market environment, it is very important to research on how to evaluate and enhance the Integrated Ability of power plants. Shantou Electric Power Development Co., Ltd. is the first company in Shantou who issue stock in the Shenzhen Security market. This regional enterprise mainly supplies electric power and steam to the customers. This paper analyzes the environment of the enterprise and evaluates its Integrated Ability by using Radar Chart. After evaluation, we find the enterprise's management capability shows certain competitive advantages, but its resource utilization and scale is relatively weak. Its integrated ability in similar enterprises is still in a weak position. At last, Based on the evaluation results of integrated ability of the enterprise, this paper presents vigorously developing Combined Heat and Power and clean power by use of existing resource and optimizing enterprise value chain strategies to improve the enterprise's integrated ability. |
