Research On Interruptible Prices In China

Along with the rapid development of our country's economy, the power contradiction of supply and demand is increasingly evident. Interrupted load management, as an important composition of demanding-side management, has a great role for the power system's safety and the economy operation. Since the home study according to the present situation of our country's power profession is very less, so the research of this paper is taking the service power profession as a purpose. The paper firstly determines the cost and benefit qualitatively and definitely that ILM brings to user, power supply enterprise, generate electricity enterprise and society through establishing model and compiling investigation questionnaire; Then on this foundation, the paper also introduces how to select the enforcement scope, enforcement duration and compensation scheme of interrupted load management electricity pricing. This part of research has adopted the method of fuzzy mathematics to determine the enforcement duration of interrupted price for the first time. The final part of this paper introduces the forward contract of subscription and the realizing way of interrupted electricity price in mature power market to show a clear direction of our country's interrupted load management.
