With the globalization and marketization development of China economy, the competition situation of domestic medicine industry has been becoming more complicated and changeful. The strategy problem M Company (hereinafter referred to as Company) urgently need to solve is how to strengthen its own competitive advantages and to build up its core competence to meet the challenges from the rivals.This dissertation is composed of five charters, including an introduction, external environment analysis, internal resource and competence analysis, strategy choice and enforcement, and conclusion. Charter I introduces current situation of Company and relevant strategy theories and background materials. Charter II analyses the macro-environment, industry competitive environment and main rivals of Company by employing the PEST model and Five Competitive Forces model, pointing out opportunities and challenges Company confronted with. Charter III reviews the Company's internal resource and competence, its advantages and disadvantages. Charter IV analyses the opportunities and challenges, advantages and disadvantages by using SWOT model, and indicates the Company's development direction analyses the Company's development strategy based on its mission, aim and orientation, and advances the Company's choice of competition strategy and its security system of strategy enforcement. Charter V makes a conclusion on the above analyses.This dissertation focuses on the study of applying strategy management theory to medicine circulation field. Its main innovations includes The innovation of this dissertation is to advance lengthways development ideas and dimensional exploration tactics and to establish international development strategy and material implementation policy for medicine circulation companies based on the analyses of their opportunities and challenges, advantages and disadvantages. Since M company is a mainstay of China's medicine circulation industry, a research on its future development strategy can be made for reference to the development of other medicine circulation companies and China's medicine circulation industry.
