Relative Measures On The Basis Of Analysis Of Current Management Of China XX Group Zhuhai Branch

Based in the west part of China, China XX Group is a renowned large-scale privately-owned enterprises group engaged in mineral resource exploitation and deeply-processing. In the beginning of 2005, to implement expansion and diversification strategy, the group bought two stopped large hotel buildings in the Zhuhai Economic Special Zoon, and set up a new branch which is in charge of the reconstruction and operation preparation of the two hotels. As the actual CEO of the branch, the author led the foundation and growth of the Zhuhai Branch in person. According to the principle of project management, hotel management, and strategic management, the paper analyzes the history and current situation of the branch's management, so as to find the problems which prohibited the development of the branch.
