Along with the coming of the development of the integral global economy, Merger & Acquisition (M&A), which is used by more and more enterprise as the main route of the development of the enterprise, is taken for an efficiency instrument of eluding venture, increasing the competition abilities, expanding enterprise scope. After the enterprise M&A, it must be facing with the integration, on which the most difficulty is Human Resource Integration (HRI). Today, M&A, which is always across region, across vocation and across nation, must contain a certain extent of the difference of culture. So, the influence of Enterprise Cultural Integration (ECI ) is emerged. Normally the emphases of the integration are focused on HRI. In this way ECI was always considered as a part of HRI, and its fundamental was not regarded adequately in enterprise integration. At the case of unsuccessful integration, the mass origin is the failing of ECI.From the angle combining the theories of Enterprise Cultural and Human Resource Management, the author take the case of Tsingtao Brewery co. Ltd. , analysis the ECI and HRI of the Merger & Acquisition Enterprise, realizes the interrelation between ECI &HRI, and takes the strategy of combining the ECI and HRI. It can provide a favorable use for reference.
