Chinese enterprise is faced much more competition with china becoming a member of WTO. The mergers and acquisitions between enterprises are become more active. But many M&A cases show that the probability of success is quite small, the most important reason of it is lacking of effective integration, especially human resource integration. It reflects importance of study on human resource integration.This article analyzes common questions through enterprise M&A from individual mental aspect, individual behavior aspect and structure aspect based on summarizing horizontal M&A theory. I put forward four patterns of horizontal M&A and analyze special questions in human resource integration of horizontal M&A. As countermeasures, first, organize special human resource integration group to ensure successful integration; second, set up an employee-identify model based on ability and will to evaluate employee; after that, confirm employee's reduction list and set down assembled strategy to reserve key leaders. At the same time, we should integrate culture through the whole process of human resource integration and select appropriate culture integration pattern based on different horizontal M&A types, it's helpful to successfully implement human resource integration.This article research the wage integration as a whole system. It analyzes the reasons for conflict in different wage systems and holds the idea that horizontal M&A type will affect wage integration strategy. Finally, setting up a group of measures for wage integration, including wage integration mode based on job evaluation.At last, this article analyzes and evaluates two typical horizontal M&A cases, a successful one and a failure. Through them, we can realize the key point of the integration of human resource, therefore, it validates the idea that this paper raised in some way.
