In the course of writing, author makes an exploration into the theoretical system of the innovation of medium-size and small enterprises marketing make a depth exploration into the innovation of the marketing concept, the innovation of the marketing means and the innovation of the marketing mode.Milk industry is among the industrious with fastest growing and best potential for the new era in the nation. The 21st century saw the reforming of domestic milk industry and the entrance of foreign capital, the forming of a new competition mechanism following the internationally general accepted principles. Medium-size and small enterprises must introduce new management to replace the traditional one, cut costs and innovate in marketing in order to improve the over-all competence. Innovation is the basic and best way to improve the competence in the marketplace. For this reason, medium-size and small enterprises must make and implement a serious of marketing strategy to win long -term development and competition advantage.The author analyze the milk industry status quo in marketing, and put forward her analysis of that medium-sized and small milk enterprises in our country should abandon the stereotype of marketing concept and mode, and should set up and continuously improve market orient. The author points out suggestions and strategies on the marketing innovation for medium-sized and small milk enterprises on using the experience of other large enterprises for reference.
