Study On Bidding Price Decision Of Construction Project

With the implementation of bidding system of construction work in China, how building enterprises can timely make accurate offers and pull bid projects into their arms has already become the key problem of survival and development for building enterprises. Whether the bidding price decisions to be correct or not is important to the bidding selected and the future benefit, to the construction enterprise's prospects for development. Therefore, this dissertation is mainly to study on bidding price decision of construction engineering project.Based on the introduction of the research background of bidding price decision of construction engineering project, and my experience of The China Railway 24th Group Co., Ltd' , AHP is established for the quantification analysis of bidding risks. Then, Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation is established to analyze the bidding risk factors from the whole point of view. Finally, aiming at the usual methods of asses bidding in construction market, this paper emphasizes on compound bidding price models. It adopts the sequence analysis in quantity analysis simulate to calculate the model of compound bidding price, and then an engineering example is applied to prove the validity of this improvement, the result is satisfactory.This paper divides into five parts. Chapter one explains the background and the method of this paper. Chapter two recommends the development and application of bidding price at home and abroad. Chapter three risk profit rate is calculated on the basis of judgment matrix of bidding risks, and the decision-making support is provided for the final bidding price of contractors. Chapter four researches the bidding price decision of construction engineering project. Chapter five is the conclusion. It sums up the research work of this paper, and points out some questions remained to study in the further.
