The Risk Analysis And Decision-making Research Of Construction Project Bidding

The construction project is susceptible to various risks. It is dangerous to neglect risk analysis. Since the owners attach great importance to economical benefits of the project, contractors will incur great financial loss if they take no efforts to control the risk. Hence, the consolidation of analysis and research of construction project bidding risks, which provides warranty to the calculation of bidding price, and problems can be detected at an early time and relevant measures can be taken accordingly, and it is of important practical significance to improve the bidding level and risk management of construction project enterprises in our country.In this article, the current situation and existing problems, as well as the research meaning of construction project bidding are simply introduced, and various kinds of bidding risk factors are systematically classified and identified, which happen during the bidding process of construction projects contracting, and risk decision-making procedure of construction projects bidding is put forward. Besides, in order to choose one or more bidding risk factors that critically influence the bidding strategy, AHP is established for the quantification analysis of bidding risks, and solve magnitude of each weight which stand for relative importance of each risk factor. Then, Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation is established to analyze the bidding risk factors from the whole point of view. Risk profit rate is calculated on the basis of judegment matrix of bidding risks, and the decision-making support is provided for the final bidding price of contractors. Finally, four bidding models most in use are introduced in detail, and the significant improvement based on previous bidding models is another research purpose of this article. Bidding risk factors are considered when concerning the confirmation of risk profit rate and the bidding price calculation, which makes the results of bidding price calculation more reasonable. At last, an engineering example is applied to prove the validity of this improvement, the result is satisfactory.
