The Theoretical Analysis Of Project Supervision Tender Bidding Decision Model

Bidding is a complex and systematic process involving unique bidding procedures in different forms, yet, it is not practical for bidders in project supervisions to follow the procedures and methods in bidding for construction. This paper analyzes bidding procedures and methods in current project supervisions so as to set up a decision-making model for bidding in project supervisions fuzzy comprehensive evaluated on the vague basis. First it analyzes the features and problems in bidding for project supervisions and it point out that an index system of bidding for project supervisions based on comprehensive and vague evaluation, should be set up in order that a decision-making model can be set up and decisions in bidding will be more scientific and accurate. At last, it analyzes the bid price for project supervision as well as the principles in it.
