The Study Of The Logistic Management For The Standby Material Of The Power-Generating Enterprise

Based on Management theory and System theory and the characteristics of power-generating industry, incorporated information technology and Internet technology, I use the Logistic management theory and related research results to analyze the Logistic management for the standby material of the Power-Generating Enterprise in this paper. Propose some principle with which Z Power Corporation must comply and strategy for maintenance service.The research and innovation are as follows: power-generating industry must establish information platform of its industry to realize share of accessory resources and decrease inventory; establish group spare components in its group to employ economy of scale; establish powerful management system of accessory components based on information network to cultivate core competence for Z Power Corporation in power industry; establish three-dimension ensure model from horizontal, vertical and united store, and infer integrated strategic innovation from theory for Z Power Corporation. Last, design logistic management model of accessory components for power-generating industry based on empirical research of Z Power Corporation.
