Study Of The Coal Management Of Power Plant

This thesis takes power generating enterprises as the object and considering the running condition of Laiwu Power Plant, deals with the following major problems that exist in the new circumstance of power and coal supply-demand, such as " fuel shortage, poor quality of coal, rising prices" etc. It also analyzes the reasons that have caused the problems in terms of exterior environment and interior management and finds that the most basic reason is not used to the changing market, lack of scientific management. A new concept on the coal management is put forward, that is realize the dialectical unity of "quantity, quality and price", namely, ensure the supply as the priority, regard the quality reliability as the basis and lower the cost.This thesis adopts the method of positive research and systematic analysis, and applies the professional knowledge on business dministration to propose the countermeasures of how to respond to the market change in this new circumstance of power and coal supply-demand.1. Establish a purchase management system that is suitable for the development of market.2. Enhance the cooperation with the coal suppliers, establish a long-term, strategic cooperation with the coal suppliers who can supply high quality coal stably.3. Establish an early-warning system that foresees the coal market risks, take precautions and lower the cost of coal used in power generating enterprises4. Both the power and coal suppliers and its demanders should benefit mutually; This thesis thinks both sides can mine coal together, utilize them.5. Some concrete measures are put forward: effective interior management can help lower the cost.
