Along all human being history, there is always inter-action and inter influence between nature and human being. Also within thus long -term design field, man takes advantages of the natural resources , improve the natural characters and also make ourselves move forward to get better , of course, based on natural its self's born specifications.Concerning the life scale for a definite product, there is one fact that we are facing most: energy exhortation rate during usage. That's why so many electrical manufactures have invented remote controlled-switch, energy saving digital screen, on-line alarm and appointed switch, etc. All these energy saving functions are developed along with technical update and internet development. All these waste huge resources, although it makes our lives easier. Basically, Standby function belongs to Standby power consumption, but it's different with effective energy consumption which is produced during e-using. According to a preservative estimation from CESC(China energy-saving and Certification Center), national total Standby power consumption equals one third of annual power capacity of Yangtze River Three Gorges。Standby power consumption offers a big pressure for energy waste and also become big non-tariff barriers for exporting industry.Standby power consumption attracts more and more attention from all society because its huge effect caused and to avoid reduce the standby power consumption becomes a must. To reach above aim, there are five factors concerned: design innovation, tech innovation, government action, and market strategy and consumption concepts standby power consumption After analyzing the above five factors, this theme makes a strategy system principles-"one core, four links", says" Design innovation as core, Technological innovation, Policy and regulations as guarantee, market principles as lead, Power saving concept as side help"。...
