Research On The Creativity Industry Cluster's Dynamic Mechanism Based On Emergent Property

Creativity industry is developing under the background of the world economy's entering the knowledge-based economy era.Today the globalization process continues to reinforce and the international competition becomes more and more severely. And the developing scale and degree of creativity industry with a core of culture industry has become one of the important signs to weigh up a country or a city's synthetical competition ability. With the developing of the creativity industry, the trend of agglomeration is increasingly obvious. In the cities of Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou there already appears a passel of creativity industry clusters. From the experiences of foreign countries, the emerging of industry clusters is indeed the developing trend of the creativity industry. Even the government has noticed such problems, hoping to establish the creativity industry garden for boosting the growth of creativity industry. For a better understanding of the creativity industry clusters and making a massive theory foundation for the government's policy making, studying the dynamic mechanism of industry clusters is very necessary.The article adopts the methods of document analysis, theoretical analysis and empirical study according to the logic sequence of premise study , theory study and case study. First based on the research of creativity industry cluster system it comes to a prerequisite conclusion that the creativity industry cluster is a complex adaptation system. Then on this basis it investigates the dynamic mechanism of creativity industry cluster which found on emergence property. The investigation mainly analyzed the conditions , characters, rules and processes of industry cluster's emergence property, and it finds out four conditions and three characters of industry cluster's emergence property. Meanwhile it comes to a conclusion that industry cluster's emergence property boost up along with the industry cluster's augment of intensity, enhance with the increase of industry cluster's maturity degree. Through the research on the preconditions, characters, rules and process of creativity industry cluster's emergence, it comes to the dynamic mechanism of creativity industry cluster. On this basis the model of dynamic mechanism of the creativity industry cluster's emergence property has been established. Following the analysis frame as above, from the angle of emergence property, it analyzed Beijing creativity industry cluster's dynamic mechanism and action mechanism, on this basis it puts forward some suggestions on the policy making of Beijing creativity industry cluster's developing and construction.
