Researching Of China Business Crisis Management Based On The Business Crisis Theory

For the very important agents of the modern society, enterprises usually have to face with the business crisis. Business crisis has its own peculiarity and effect. How to recognize these crises, guard against these crises and resolve these crises are becoming the important missions for the modern companies.In this paper, we are based on the theory of the business crisis and enterprise management and focused on the problem of enterprise crisis and its management tactics. At first, we give the definition on the enterprise crisis and enterprise crisis management that the study refer to; secondly, we analyses to the stages of the enterprise crisis; thirdly, we makes further analyze to the influences that the crisis possibly to enterprise and the reasons it take form; fourthly, integrating with enterprise crisis and crisis management in China, we puts forward the enterprise crisis management system, and trying to find out a way to resolve these crises in china by using the theory of business crises management.Along with the accession to WTO and the economics' further globalization, Chinese enterprises are encountering crisis's, in wider ranges and with higher frequency, due to the more complicated and dynamic environments.
