In the end, based on the foreign credit system's experiences, the article establishes the professional managers' credit system and its operation- safeguard mechanism. To choose the factors of the system, the article uses the real diagnosis study, through the study of the questionnaires, we choose 26 factors, and establish the professional managers' credit system.Through the research, the goal of the professional managers' credit system is to regulate the managers, to solve the management risk because of the asymmetric information; the system is of great importance to the professional market, enterprise principals and professional managers.
