Recet years at the step of aggravation of globlizing economy conpetition and the society paying more attention to moral factors,for example,commercial ethics etc,reputation issues has become a hot spot in the world. At present,situation and level of reputation of professional managers which is in need of improvement and constraint enhanced in china is in a status of irregularity. At the same time,the acdamic study of management of reputation of professional managers is in the just beginning in china. related study espscially the measuring study is in quite deficiency. exsiting study is lack of theory depth too.Therefore,how to promote improving the qualities of professional managers and providing the basis of selecting and evaluating professional managers for enterprises have been a concerned program. This paper study the evluating reputation of professional managers just at this background.This paper have a review of the process of development of the reputation theory and some existing related theory study of reputation evaluating at home and abroad. after carding the previous related study completely,I found that the study especily about reputation of individuals and professional managers evaluating is comparative little and immature in all kinds of study about reputation theroy and reputation evaluationg at home and abroad. Until now,there has not been a evaluation index system which is unified and has more operablity and common accreditation by theory and business circle. furthermore ,most of existing reputation evluating systems is studyed by foreign scholars,which affect reputation evaluating at a great degree because of the difference of the culture.Therefore,constructing system of reputation of professional manager evaluating which has more operablity and is suitable for our national conditions and cultural background is a subject worth of study. This paper construct base index of reputation of professional managers evaluating according to the existing literature at home and abroad. It also analize and extract factors,and then determine the relation between the factors and the corresponding base index according to data from the questionaries. At last, we determin the index system of the reputation of professional managers evaluating. We analyze by analytic hierarchy process and comprehensive evaluation process according to the data from the questionary ,and determine the index weight of the reputation of professional managers evaluating,at last,we get complet model of reputation of professional managers evaluating according to the weigh of related factor index. Reputation of professional managers evaluating make service for practice and in this paper,according to model of reputation of professional managers evaluating,we take a professional manager for as example to show the operation mechanism and application process.The creative points mainly reflected in three aspects:1. Analyzing factors by a large number of questionary to get factors which affect reputation of professional managers,and determine the relation between these factors and the base index to construct the index system of reputation of professional managers evaluating.2. Calculating the weight of factors which affect the reputation of professional manager by analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation process.3. Combining factors of constrction and weight of reputation of professional manager to develop series of mearue indexes and construct a relatively perfect model of reputation of professional managers evaluating.
