In China, the city crisis management is facing many problems and difficulties; the traditional mode of crisis management hindered the development of China's urban crisis management.Combine the concept of service-oriented government, and establish a new concept of people-oriented urban crisis management and strengthen crisis prevention and early warning, achieve information public, improve relevant laws and regulations of city crisis management, establish city crisis remedy system of full participation, set up a scientific and efficient decision-making mechanism, raise the city crisis management scientifically, pay attention to the aftermath of crisis management, reduce disaster on the basis of science and technology, employ modern science and technology to overcome the crisis, strengthen cooperation with international organizations, international exchanges and cooperation, strengthen the accountability check of crisis, and build a responsible government.
