Research On Optimization And Coal Purchase Schedule For Steel&Iron Enterprise Based On Supply Chain

With the tough competition of global market,steel-iron enterprises are faced with various opportunity and challenge.On one hand, steel-iron enterprises get more opportunity to improve themes by taking part in international market's competition and acquiring advanced management technology. On the other hand, with the development of information technology and global market, acceleration of technology transform, steel-iron enterprises are faced with pressure of decreasing cost, advancing deliver date, improving quality and promoting service level. Recently, the profit of metallurgy industry generally decreased, then, more than half of steel-iron enterprises have had deficit, the main reason is that the cost have not been effectively controlled. As for metallurgy industry, purchase cost—the main factor that affects product cost occupies above 60% of total cost. Now, many dominant steel-iron enterprises put the emphasis of cost control on purchase management, they aim at promote competitive ability and profit by building supply base setting up purchase alliance and strengthening supply management, and etc. The first chapter illustrated the background, significance and aim of this paper, then probe into the status of coal-feeding.The second chapter firstly elaborated basic theorem of logistics management and supply chain management, and presented the characteristics and the situation of logistics in steel&iron enterprises.The third chapter presented the relative theory about purchase management based on supply chain.The fourth chapter firstly analyzed the status and problems in supplying coal for large-scale iron&steel enterprises, in order to put forward a suggestive scheme of coal purchasing schedule for large scale steel-iron enterprises, it tried to build a model of coal purchasing schedule for large scale steel-iron enterprises by studying the supply of coal to these enterprises.
